After a very dry late summer we finally have rain. We have had a steady, soaking rain continuously since yesterday. It is the remnants of a tropical storm that is working it's way up the east coast.
I am feeling a little stir crazy because I've been inside all day. Seth had a nice long nap while Debbie and Peggy went out to do a little shopping.

We had 7.5 inches of rain from 7pm on thursday to 7 pm on Saturday
Considering that our annual average rainfall is about 40 inches, that's nearly 20% of the average in just two days!
