Well, it looks like baseball is back in Washington DC. The Major League Baseball Owners voted to approve the plan to move the Motreal Expos to DC. Here is the Washington post Article:

Baltimore is only 35 miles from Washington and Peter Angelos is concerned that he will lose money because there will be two baseball teams in close proximity. That same situation hasn't hurt New York, Chicago, LA, or San Francisco. All of them have two teams close together.
