How to get things done

When we were in NJ this weekend I saw a clever solution to a difficult problem. The town where Beth lives needed a cell tower, but, because of the town's quasi-rural appearance, a normal tower would likely not have gotten approved without a huge fight from the residents. So what did they do? The cell company built a cell tower that looks like a silo. Granted, it is the tallest silo you've ever seen, but I would guess that most people don't realize it is a cell tower. I would guess that the cost of the silo was very close to the cost of a monopole tower, so it was likely a good solution for every one.
