More Learning

I think Seth is discovering his voice. Over the last couple of days he has started making all sorts of new sounds: sqeals, coos, shouts, rising and falling pitches. He has been chuckling and laughing for some time. I never thought about how we have to learn to control our voices, but that seems to be what this is about. He's trying everything he can think of. He is also watching the effect these noises have on Mom and Dad. Do they smile do they laugh?
