I got a call this week that the heat pump at out rental property is not working and needs to be replaced. It was not a huge surprise because the unit is probably 20 years old, but it is still not something that you like to hear. In the past I would have gotten really irritated about this, but for some reason it is not bothering me too much this time.
In addition I got the tax returns form the accountant yesterday. Uncle gets his pound of flesh.
